Deliveries and Returns


Orders for items that we hold in stock are processed and despatched as quickly as possible and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. We are limited to the UK, but please do email us if you are overseas and we will manually process your order.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund, minus the delivery charge. Simply complete the returns form and enclose it with your item. We recommend that you send any returns by registered or signed for delivery as you are responsible for the goods in transit. Any item can be returned to us provided it's un-worn and un-washed. Please return in its original packaging with the completed return slip that is sent with your order.

Faulty goods

We hope you receive your purchases in tip top condition, but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. However help is on hand. On receipt of your order, if you have an issue or a faulty item please contact us immediately. We will ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible. Please have a copy of your order number to hand.


Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
